Use Case: Jul

Jul extends his Stade de France concert to his entire audience, powered by Billy's livestream
On the occasion of his historic concert at the Stade de France, Jul faced unprecedented demand. Several hundred thousand people attempted to access ticket sales, and tickets sold out within minutes. One thing became clear: tens of thousands of fans would be left without a seat.
To allow everyone to experience this moment, Jul's team reached out to Billy to deploy a dedicated livestream ticketing solution. Billy was called upon to design and roll out a complete livestream sales system.
The challenge: less than 72 hours to design, develop, and launch the entire setup.
Key Figures
Brief
Turning a sold-out concert into an experience accessible to all fans
The challenge was to absorb massive, international traffic from the moment sales opened, create a simple, accessible, and monetizable digital product, while guaranteeing secure and fair access distribution — all in under 72 hours.
What Billy set up
1) A 100% white-label platform, aligned with JUL's universe Billy designed a dedicated platform, fully aligned with JUL's universe, alongside a white-label widget. Livestream code sales were deployed in parallel with physical ticketing, creating a two-tiered experience: attendees present at the Stade de France and fans connected from around the world. From launch, the infrastructure had to absorb a global traffic spike without friction. Result: 380,000 visitors, with no service interruption.
2) A simple, accessible digital product The goal was clear: democratize access (€10 for the livestream, no hidden fees, no mandatory additional purchase). International orders represented a significant share of demand, with 5 countries connected simultaneously at launch.

3) Unique, non-transferable access codes To guarantee the integrity of the system and prevent any resale: generation of personalized codes, instant distribution upon payment. Result: zero access duplication. Total security for fans accessing the experience.
4) Instant distribution & global simultaneity Billy didn't just orchestrate the sale. The platform also managed the generation and immediate delivery of codes, enabling all 25,000 buyers to connect to the integrated HD player, with no queue. Even during the first minutes — the most critical — the system remained stable, with zero downtime.
The impact
Billy transformed a sold-out concert into a global experience, with 25,000 accesses sold and an activated fanbase.
