What Billy implemented

Multi-channel and multi-event sales

Structuring the offering around multiple sales channels and passes providing access to both simultaneous summits as well as side events. An architecture designed to handle diverse traffic flows seamlessly from the buyer’s perspective.

Partner and sponsor quota delegation

Implementation of a quota delegation portal, allowing organizers to easily distribute ticket batches to their partners without having to send or modify each ticket themselves.

Native crypto payment

For the Web3 community, Billy integrated a crypto payment solution, enabling customers to pay with over 15 different cryptocurrencies and any wallet. A first of its kind at this scale for a European conference.

Meet & Match Networking Platform

Deployment of an integrated networking tool, allowing participants to identify potential contacts, create a profile, and schedule professional meetings before and during the event. Result: hundreds of meetings organized.

Access Control & Badge API Integration

Integration with a check-in and badge printing tool, ensuring real-time synchronization between ticketing, access rights, and on-site logistics, without the need for manual re-entry.

The Impact

Billy delivered on the operational promise of a dual-track event by simplifying the purchasing process, activating the professional network upon registration, and natively integrating crypto features for a community that expects its tech partners to speak its language.
